A herbaceous perennial that forms a mound of deep blue flowers grown on short spikes over finely toothed leaves, flowering from late spring and though out summer. A good choice for the edge of the border and good as a cut flower for small bouquets and is attractive to bees and butterflies yet rabbit and deer resistant. Grow in full sun or part shade . Grows to a height and spread of 50cm in moist well drained soil.
